PLACE ORDERS -- RETAIL
CUSTOMERS
Visit the online order form by
selecting "Order Form" at the top of
the page. Please print this form and
complete it by hand or typewriter. Then
fax, mail, or phone the form to us to
place the order. This method protects
your credit card and personal
information from theft over the
Internet. All orders shipped within 24
hours of receipt of payment. You will
be notified by e-mail when your order
has been shipped to you or if we have
questions.
3. ORDERS BY
DISTRIBUTORS
Distributors can place their orders directly with
Vision International to receive fastest delivery and
maximum discount.
Hamilton Global Management can also assist
distributors by placing orders for them for a
nominal fee. For some this simplifies the
process involved in dealing with foreign currencies
and firms overseas.

RETURNS POLICY -- RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Unopened product with the external seal intact may
be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Customer is responsible for packaging and postage to
return product. Refunds will be made by credit card
credit or check, at our option, and will consist of
the amount originally paid by the customer less
actual postage to ship product to the customer plus
a $20.00 restocking fee.
All returns must be arranged beforehand.

Return Authorization Number. No returns will
be credited without a Return Authorization Number.
